Full refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, provided the event has not yet commenced.
50% fee
Cancellations after the 48-hour grace period but before the event date — a 50% cancellation charge applies on the total contract value.
No refund
Cancellations on or after the event date, or once service delivery has commenced, are not eligible for a refund.
Reschedule
Rescheduling requests submitted at least 7 calendar days before the event date are accommodated at no additional charge.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days of approval. Payment processing fees are non-refundable
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VB ADVISORY or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
Contact your assigned People Development Specialist (PDS) directly to initiate a cancellation or refund request. Alternatively, email us at hello@vision.build and cc your PDS if known — we will route your request to the relevant specialist upon receipt.
Please include your booking reference, full name, and reason for cancellation.
These terms do not limit any rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia). Where a service is defective, unsafe, or materially misrepresented, a full remedy remains available regardless of the terms above.
