Overwhelmed by the vision and purpose of learning and growing people, Wicky joined Vision Building as Programme Development Specialist with the aim to train and educate people. Carrying the passion he has been carrying to impact people, he designs and plans the programme that brings out learning and development in every people. He believes that Experiential Learning enables people to reflect what they have learnt to their real world and find their direction to be the better version of themselves.

For Wicky, it is not just about serving clients but to listen, understand and help every person to believe that they are capable and competent to change their lives. The changes he see in clients reminds him of what challenges he faced previously while working. This tells him to ensure no one has to go through the challenges alone and empower people to move forward. Seeing the breakthrough in them, it creates and plants a sense of accomplishment to him.

Now with more eagerness, passions and commitments, Wicky is working towards creating a more engaging, conducive and beneficial programme to make learning better to the people around him. More importantly, he wants to continue and create more learning opportunities to people, and to inspire and impact people to grow. For him:
