As part of the Experience Team, her focus is to ensure clients truly enjoy the journey. She pays attention to every detail, as it shapes how participants feel and engage throughout the programme. Seeing clients and participants fully involved, and leaving with reflections or small but meaningful changes, is what makes the work meaningful to her.
