Potter’s journey with Vision Building began unexpectedly, following his early experience in wedding decoration and event execution. What started as a new career opportunity gradually became a place where he discovered what he does best — turning ideas into reality, solving problems along the way, and creating experiences that come together seamlessly.

With a strong passion for execution and operations, Potter believes that a successful experience is built through the details behind the scenes. For him, the most rewarding part of serving clients is seeing them genuinely enjoy what the team has created. No matter how challenging the preparation may be, a simple “thank you”, a satisfied client, or knowing that the team has delivered beyond expectations makes the effort worthwhile.

Moving forward, Potter is committed to continuously improving the way experiences are planned and delivered, while growing alongside Vision Building. He hopes to contribute his experience, ideas, and problem-solving mindset towards helping Vision Building become a leading people solutions and experiential learning provider in Malaysia and, eventually, across Asia.
