Billion’s journey with Vision Building began as a participant in one of its training programs. What started as a learning experience eventually led him to join the team, giving him a unique perspective from both sides of the journey.

Today, he wears multiple hats across the organization, supporting operations, customer support, administration, and various internal functions. His work often happens behind the scenes, ensuring that projects, processes, and client experiences come together smoothly.

Having once been a participant himself, Billion understands the effort and coordination required to create meaningful learning and team-building experiences. This perspective helps him approach his work with both practicality and empathy.
