The two-day Effective Time Management Workshop aims to elevate productivity and punctuality among staff by teaching essential skills such as task prioritization, deadline adherence, and wise time management. Through classroom training combined with engaging activities like case studies, group discussions, games, and quizzes, participants from any department and at executive levels or below will learn to handle tasks effectively, tackle procrastination, and manage ad hoc responsibilities efficiently.
